Trying to conceive a baby sounds like fun but it can if it becomes a struggle you are not alone. Many things can affect whether or not you conceive – what stage of your cycle you are at, how healthy you are and some people even say what sex position you try.
When should I try and conceive?
You have a fertile time in your cycle when conception can occur. This is usually 14 days after the beginning of your last period. You can get hormone kits which tell you when the best time is and some women can feel it when they ovulate (release an egg).
What should I do if it isn’t happening?
If you have been trying for a while and not conceiving it is worth going to visit your doctor and talking to them. Find out more about infertility here.
