Week 5 :
1st Run – 5min Warm Up Walk, then jog 5min, walk 3, jog 5, walk 3 and then jog 5min, 5min cool down
2nd Run – 5min Warm up Walk, jog 8min, walk 5min, Jog 8 min and then 5min cool down
3rd Run 5 min warm up walk, 20mins jog and then 5min cool down.
