Discovering the Costa Barcelona, Spain – cableskiing, giants and a biosphere reserve

MummyTravels

If you haven’t heard of the Costa Barcelona, there are plenty of good reasons to discover this stretch of Spain’s coast between the Costa Brava and Costa Dorada – and just outside Barcelona itself. From the seaside city of Calella, where I tried banana boating and watching the ‘giants’ at a traditional festival between exploring, to the biosphere reserve of Montseny and a chance to go cableskiing at Canal Olimpic (a lot harder than it looks!), it’s a fantastic place for a holiday. My 13 reasons to visit are on MummyTravels at http://wp.me/p70eJq-4Ce

Disclosure: My trip to the area was courtesy of Costa Barcelona tourism. All opinions and inabilty to cableski are my own.
