Neil explained how foods such as meat, fish and ripe fruit and veg are all perfect for freezing. But that’s not all; meals such as casseroles and stews are great, too.
Before you get carried away and start freezing everything, it’s important to remember that there are some foods that don’t freeze well. As Neil explains, foods with very high water content, such as cucumbers and courgettes, won’t freeze well.
