Its OK to not be OK / Mental Health and Anxiety

A bit of a personal video from me today. Talking about postnatal depression and suffering with anxiety and also coping mechanisms to deal with it.

I thinks its SO important to talk about mental health and not have a stigma attached to it. Something like PND can be such an isolating experience as you don’t want people to think ‘badly’ of you but its certainly not anything anyone should feel ashamed about.
