So I capture what I can.


I’m Charlotte and I am one of those mums just trying to make it all work, if you know what I mean.

I’m 28, love carbs, rubbish 90’s music, Prosecco and baths without finding a bath toy stuck under my bum.

I have a little boy called Bill (born June 2012) and a little girl called Daisy (born April 2016).

I work full-time (which is bloomin’ tiring sometimes) but I’m on maternity leave at the moment (hurrah). And I also blog and make these videos for fun, because I daren’t leave my memories to chance. I want to capture what I can.

I was a single mum, just me and Bill. But then I had a bit of a fairytale moment when I met Mark (he’s a bit lovely) and things are better than I could have hoped for now. Daisy was born with Stickler Syndrome, and a cleft palate like me. Her start has been rocky but she’ll be fine. She’s got a family who adore her after all.

I know that all mums are different in their own way, but I hope you enjoy seeing snippets of my life, all the same.

My leader was saying in group this week that SW are going to announce that granulated sweeteners have to be sinned so be careful or check their website x

Hi Hun I love ur vids I am SW target member and have been for over a year I love SW and if I can help anyone I always try. One of my top tips is use the SW website for meal ideas I go to fridge or freezer and take out let's say chicken or mince or fish and type into SW recipe bar before your eyes there is a load of ideas this is good if you have not planned for the week it helps you stay on track. The pulled pork is a winner for me and another one is the diet cola chicken. A massive trick to get speed into you is buy frozen Spinich it is brill in loads of things like curries anything that has a tomatoe base sauce. I also recommend SP days infact I do weeks on SP carbs are not a winner for me so if you feel you have had a bad week or the weekend has been crazy you can pull it all back with SP good luck with your goal x

You're doing so well! I lost 4lbs on my first week of SW last week. Hoping I can lose 9lbs in this month but I'm starting IVF this week which makes you gain 🙈 xx

I put four on this week i did get to target but put a bit of it on still going have drunk a lot of water and green tea this week but with me i gain quite a lot then i also lose quite a lot as well
