Hi everybody! So this is a vlog about vegetarian meals that we toddlers love to eat. They’ve been vegetarian since birth aside from a VERY unfortunate incident involving a cupboard break-in and a packet of the dog’s Dentastix, and when we first announced that we intended to raise our children to be vegetarian, like we are, I know that our families really worried about how we would make sure that they ate healthy, balanced diets with enough protein etc. It turns out that they are all really good eaters who are happy to demolish their vegetables and stuff their faces with legumes, so I thought I’d share some clips of the meals that they enjoyed last week in case anybody was feeling nosy or fancied a bit of veggie meal inspo. 🙂 I’m no Nigella Lawson (though I am related to her – true fact!) and these are meals for toddlers so they’re not exactly haute cuisine, but they’re healthy and the children actually eat them, so I consider that a win!
