Hi here we have an example of a typical day of my food.
Some days as a breastfeeding mother i will feel more hungry. So some days i will eat more than others.
I do not count my calories and do not restrict my calorie intake, i do however ensure that i am eating a balanced whole foods plant based diet.

I thought it would be fun and informative for other parents to follow my journey with transitioning the childrens diets. When I looked up this topic I couldnt find anything on the actual process and how the children coped with the changes.
