I really like buying books, but I find it hard to remember what people have or don't have, so I usually resort to buying gift vouchers.

Does anyone find it easier to give people a gift voucher or book token? I find it hard to know what people like or want, so vouchers are usually easier than trying to find the perfect present.
Or general phases where they had to collect specific toys or games.
