Just wondered if anyone here has tried it. I’m put off by the price but also desperate to lose weight in a way that isn’t just another diet that’s going to fail in a week or so.
I’m trying the only eat at meal times diet.
I don’t know if it’s a real diet, but I’m eating egg on toast at lunch and usually something like veggy omelettes at tea time.
Just curious whether you tried Noom yet @archiebear? Do they have a trial offer you could take them up on?
No I haven’t! I’m a bit put off by the cost but also feel like I really need proper help. I just want something that helps me long term not just for a bit then I get bored and give up.
What about seeing a nutritionist?
