Want to see how we got on with our 5 day no sugar challenge? We were challenged by Pomegreat to quit sugar for a week and I documented the changes we made to our daily diet throughout the week.

Last month the UK implemented a ‘sugar tax’ on drinks containing high levels of sugar, to help combat childhood obesity. I thought it was a great idea to see how we could remove refined sugar from our diet and how it would make us feel.
