An hours PT session in one minute!

An hours PT session looks so much easier when sped up 😂 safe to say it wasn’t easy and I’m pretty knackered! I Feel great though and for me fitness isn’t about getting skinny – it’s about feeling better in my head and body. Today I just wanted to lounge in my pjs eating quality street {again} but I am so glad I went and smashed a tough session!

Today was: Sledge pushes (weights added after each segment – too heavy for my liking but Sean likes to push me 😂) air bike of doom, lunges with weights and then squats with weights all repeated. {Rest periods in between} .

Don’t make January 1st the day you decide to feel better – start today! Even if it’s just a walk with the family to get some air. What you waiting for? 😉 Our #FitFabHappyClub video is free on my YouTube channel if you fancy moving today too – you can even do it in your pjs then chill with a movie after! How about 2018 AND 2019 be the years you Love yourself more and look after yourself, even if it’s just ten minutes a few times a week. Stuff the #NewYearNewMe – you’re great the way you are, but think how much better you’ll feel to just move that little bit more and release those feel good endorphins! 🦄🌈 ⭐️😊 .
