It’s supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year but not everyone feels like that. Whether you are grieving, can’t spend Christmas with your kids or are struggling to cope for any reason, we know Christmas can be difficult for many. Natasha chats to other mums about how they cope when things are tough at this time of year. Do you struggle at this time of year?

Spending Christmas away from your kids?

  • If you are no longer with your child’s other parent then you might not be able to spend all of Christmas with your child. These tips might help
  • Focus on the positives
  • Enjoy doing the little things
  • Your child is the one that matters most so make sure they enjoy the day
  • Have something to look forward to and distract you when they’re gone e.g a funny film to watch
  • Having two Christmas celebrations is absolutely fine
