The Batch Lady

This is a brilliant little dish, thats great to serve to a crowd as a starter, or a nibble with Halloumi, pepper, chicken or flat breads. Great to adapt for vegetarians or vegans, just by changing what you choose to dip into it. Make it in advance and freeze for whenever you need it. We forgot to add the spice from the spice pot into this which should have been 2 heaped tablespoons of Bhuna spice mix!
