FULL BODY AT HOME WORKOUT WITH KIDS/ MUM OF TWO FUN WORKOUT/ EXERCISING WITH TODDLERS

Tonight’s video is a fun Full body exercise routine with my girls. I’m slowly trying to become a fitter and healthier role model for the girls so I thought I’d share one of my workouts with you all! FULL BODY ROUTINE: (REPEAT TWICE)

WARM UP- 50 JUMPING JACKS

MAIN- 15 HALF KETTLE BELL SWINGS
15 BURPEES
15 FULL KETTLE BELL SWINGS
20 SQUATS
1 MINUTE PLANK
30 SECOND WALL SIT

COOL DOWN- GENTLE JOG/ DANCING AROUND.

(Before participating in any exercise make sure that you’ve spoken to your doctor and have warmed up/cooled down with stretches also! I am not a PT just a mum trying to lose her tum and sharing it with you all)
