Lucie has had fun making these witches’ fingers.
To make them you will need:
3oz (85g) plain flour;
1.5oz (42g) butter;
2oz (56g) cheese;
Rub the butter and flour together then add the cheese and egg. Knead until it makes a nice dough, then separate into 8 equal pieces and roll into finger shapes. Add almonds if you want to have fingernails.
Cook for 8 – 10 minutes at 200degrees or Gas Mark 6
