Here at Channel Mum we’ve done some research and discovered that 92% of mums admit to feeling lonely – a shocking statistic we’re sure you’ll agree and despite the fact many of you feel like that, we want you to know that you are not alone, or YANA as we like to call it.
The five step #CMYANA Challenge is aimed at making mums feel less lonely; it includes small tasks, like making plans with another mum or simply smiling at every mum you see on the school run.
It might not sound like a big deal, but small changes to your daily routine can make a huge difference to how you and others feel – your smile could brighten another lonely mums day.
Or perhaps you’re one of the lucky mums that’s not feeling lonely, you can still take the challenge and help another mum feel less isolated and alone.
