A new year always means people on diets and fad healthy eating plans that don’t last. We always try and do a few things a day to keep us healthy and give our immune systems a much needed boost in the winter.
In this video we make our two morning drinks – a kale and oat smoothie and a super immune boosting turmeric shot! (Which tastes VILE but is so so good for you.)
