So I have thought long and hard about whether I wanted to post this video. To be honest, I wasn’t even going to make it, but then I decided to after an overwhelming response to an Instagram Story I did a couple of days ago. Anyhoo, here’s a video about how I’ve lost around 20lbs since Christmas, without going on a diet. I hate diets. Loathe them. I don’t want to diet in front of my girls and I don’t want to discuss calories or get hung up on numbers. I love food and wine and all the things that we’re always told we shouldn’t have too much of if we want a “perfect body”. I truly think body confidence comes from within, and I vlogged about this recently. For me, I just wanted to get healthy to feel like me again. I felt I’d lost myself a bit and none of my clothes fit, but I knew if I attempted a diet I’d last approximately two days. So here we are. This is what I did and how it’s worked.
