OK so who is actually remembering to exercise their whohoo? Noonoo? Fufu? whatever you call it! The thing is half the time it’s the last thing on the list that we think of looking after. But the fact is, that little pelvic floor exercise can mean the difference between wetting your pants at the slightest of sneezes or worst case scenario your ACTUAL WOMB falling out of your vaga-ja-ja!!
