Last week, three brave mums opened up about their experiences suffering with anxiety. It was debilitating and was having a severe effect on their lives. They sat down with our psychologist in residence Emma Kenny, and she gave them some techniques to try out from our Anxiety Toolkit. Did they work? You’ll have to watch the video to find out!
