Getting Started Mums Mental Health Course Part One – Channel Mum

Channel Mum

Helping mums who have maternal mental health issues is the heart and soul of Channel Mum. Whether you have antenatal depression, postnatal depression, anxiety or you’re simply having a bad day, the Channel Mum Village is THE place to get help and support.

We can offer a shoulder to cry on, a virtual hug, a safe place to ask questions and get answers from our trained parent helpers and mums who have been there too.

Remember YANA – You Are Not Alone – we’ve been there too, we get it and we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Take control of how you’re feeling by taking our online video course from our Psychologist-in-Residence, Emma Kenny. Part one details how the course works, why you should take it and how it will be beneficial to you.

Chat on Channel Mum Once you’ve watched each video of the course please post in our support group and let us know how you’re getting on
