Congratulations, you’ve made it to day six of our Mums Mental Health Course, so you’re well on your way to improving your mental wellbeing.
But maintaining your postive mental health takes constant work, it takes a consistent approach to maintain a sense of balance. While you do exercise to keep your body healthy, your mind is no different and requires a constant level of self care.
Now you’re at the end of our Mums Mental Health Course it’s important that you look back on what you have learned and remember YANA – You Are Not Alone – the Channel Mum village is here to help you every step of the way.
