NO CHURN | SALTED CARAMEL CHOC CHIP ICE CREAM
THE tastiest salted caramel ice cream on the block… made in 5 minutes!
600ml pot of double (heavy) cream
1 397g tin Carnation canned caramel (dulce de leche)
Pinch of sea salt
150g finely chopped dark chocolate
1. Finely chop the dark chocolate and set aside.
2. Tip the double cream, cannned caramel and sea salt into a roomy bowl and whip until soft and floppy.
3. Fold in the chocolate pieces.
4. Transfer into a freezer box and freeze until firm.
