Peanut butter fudge recipe.

ALL INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITIES LISTED BELOW.
Here’s the recipe for my super quick, super easy, totally delicious peanut butter fudge.

Melt;
120g Unsalted butter.

Add then boil for 2-3 mins;
490g Golden caster sugar.
120ml Full fat milk.

Add;
225g Crunchy peanut butter.
1tsp Vanilla paste.
1/2 tsp Sea salt.

Stir mix into;
300g Icing sugar.

Pour into a lined tin,
Chill for 1-2 hours in fridge.
Cut up and eat!
