Although there’s a little bit of prep, this is and easy to make one pan recipe that’s both quick and extra yummy! Vegan in this form, it also works well with a little smoked salmon added.

FOR THE SAUCE
• 60g soy sauce
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp agave nectar
• 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
• 2 tsp chilli & garlic sauce

IN THE PAN
• 1 pack sugar snap peas
• 300g edamame beans
• 250g quinoa
• 70g toasted sesame seeds
• 3x carrots sliced into ribbons
