Hi guys! Just thought I would do a little video upload, showing you all what I typically might buy every month to stock up the freezer with.
For those of you who don’t know, I am a vegan mother of 3. I like to cook a lot of hearty meals, but in situations where I find myself short on time or just can’t be assed cooking…….I like to treat myself to some quick meals. These are obviously processed foods which can be high in salt and sugar, but some of these pieces are also a great way to fit some extra protein in to a vegetarian/vegan diet, (such as the Linda McCartney pulled chicken.)
If you haven’t already checked out the Sainsburys frozen range then its definitely worth a look for all the vegetarians and vegans out there. They also have some frozen meals available if that was something you may be interested in as well.
