Should you exercise when fasting? Ramadan can be quite hard for you to keep going with your fitness routine. So here are a few tips to keep exercising and the reasons why you should not stop while fasting.

Once again, I am not a doctor and my advice is based on my own experience and knowledge. You should always ask permission to your doctor before exercising while fasting.
