SLEEP | AFTER A STILLBIRTH

Sleep is not touched on very much online post having stillbirth and I knew this is a topic I needed to touch base on via my channel. Sleep is so important for your physical and mental health genuinely speaking and it’s even more important when you’ve been through a trauma. BUT, trying to sleep when you’ve been through the worst experience of your life like a stillbirth it’s near on impossible for that to come easy.
