Staying healthy when you’re a mum can be really hard. We are so often the last in the pecking order for being taken care of. When do we have the time to waste in health food shops or spend hours in the gym? The problem is it’s so important, because in many families if mum goes down the whole damn ship goes down!! So here are just a few of the things Anna and I do to try and stay on top of our health, to keep our energy up but also help keep us both staying in shape. Spoiler, we don’t cut out the wine!!
